Some fragrance companies charge $65 - $75 per 30ml ($215- $250 per 100ml) and then offer periodical 30% discount codes to give the impression that there is a promotional discount. Even with a 30% discount code applied, their price is more expensive than our average priced 50ml product.

We certainly do our best! We ship from Louisiana, in the United States. That means that we are beholden to international shipping fees and laws. We will do our best to accommodate shipping to your country. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, though you may be responsible for additional customs fees when the items arrive. If you have any specific questions, you can contact us. Should it be discovered after a purchase is made that we cannot accommodate your international shipping needs, a full refund will be issued to you.

A tracker not yet raised is not an indication that fulfilment has not received your order.

Once an order has been passed to fulfilment then we cannot cancel. As a result, we will need to check if we can cancel.

Due to the nature of the product, returns are politely declined. We make samples available in our Discovery Box or individual 2 ML samples prior to ordering the full bottles, and therefore there is no need to purchase full bottles of a fragrance that you haven't sampled prior. We ship orders without prior sampling however, this is with the customer agreeing to the Terms and Conditions that bottles are not exchangeable or returnable. Terms and Conditions are highlighted and are manually clicked prior to proceeding to purchase. Fragrance is subjective and this is why we make samples available so that there is no reason to buy a full bottle which is a cosmetic product which cannot be re-sold once used. I'm sure the words phthalates and parabens fill quite a few people with fear. Questions about these two chemicals have spiked recently due to a study that linked phthalates and parabens to an early death. But the phthalates in that study weren't what you would find in a cosmetic product. First off, just
to be clear, parabens are preservatives used in cosmetic and pharmaceutical products. They are typically found in finished goods such as shampoos, moisturizers, toothpastes, etc. and not in raw fragrance ingredients.

Phthalates are a HUGE group of chemicals that are used for everything from construction materials to plastics. And, yes, some of these are hazardous to our health.

This is the CDC's definition of a phthalate: “Phthalates are a group of chemicals used to make plastics more flexible and harder to break. They are often called plasticizers. Some phthalates are used as solvents (dissolving agents) for other materials. (Center for Disease Control (CDC): Factsheet: Phthalates) Regarding phthalates - they are VERY rarely used in fragrance ingredients and are more commonly found as ingredients used in cosmetics. There is really only one that is used in cosmetics now as others have been phased out and that is in the fragrance industry, which is called 'Diethyl Phthalate (DEP).' DEP is listed as 'Fair' at EWG in terms of overall health/safety/environment”. It has a solid safety profile when used as expected in cosmetic products, and almost all of us are exposed to phthalates every day. This is actually mostly from food as it reaches through from the plastic packaging.

Currently, each of our fragrances are vegan. Epic Quest is cruelty free, and all of our fragrances are free of parabens and phthalates. All of our fragrances contain essential oils, absolutes, isolated molecules, safe synthetic molecules, C02 oils, and resins. We do not use any unlabeled or unmarked mixed blends of oils. We have included the SDS (Safety Data Sheets) on each page of each note used to be as completely transparent about what we use in our fragrances.

We have tried to make sampling as affordable as possible and regretfully this can lead to some misuse and amendments to our sampling policy.

A maximum of 9 samples per transaction can be ordered. Please note that we do not send multiples of the same product sample. However, you are free to order as many Discovery Box Sets (Side Quests) per transaction as you wish with the exception they are not the same exact 8 variants.

The notion that perfume is for women and cologne is for men is misconceived. These names simply indicate the concentration of the formula. While there are no official regulations, general guidelines are as follows:

Parfum: 20% +

Eau de Parfum: 12-20%

Eau de Toilette: 8-12%

Eau de Cologne: 3-8%

All of our fragrances are Eau de Parfum or Parfum and suitable for all genders, which is why we use the term "Unisex Perfumes" as a cover description for our line.
